There was a total of 42 boats, ranging from the old Star Class boat which was an Olympic Class boat in 1932 and continued to be so until 2012. Rambo Pusic brought his new boat Boka, which is a Solar Electric boat. The cruiser classes made up the majority of the yachts, allowing all sailors wanting to participate in this fantastic regatta. The J70 boats participated with Tony Browne winning first place for the PMYC. Then we have the racer classes with boats like the Tofinou 9.5, sailed by the PMYC Commandor, Tom Daniels, Sinji Galeb ( Justin 10) and Shining, all fast boats on the water.
Traditional Fašinada regatta and racing in J70 class was such an amazing experience. Two days of tough competition, strong wind, no wind, rain and thunderstorms at the end, made the race even more intense. 1st place in our class was definitely worth the effort. Good team work and fair race. Well done everyone ,commented Milica Vlahovic of PMYC team.
